In US dollar terms, China's foreign trade in October reached US$415.92 billion, up 8.4%. Exports totaled US$237.18 billion, up 11.4%. Imports reached US$178.74 billion, up 4.7%; The trade surplus was US$58.44 billion, up 38.1%.
