The in-principle agreement between the two parties includes: imposing no restrictions on the travel purposes of passengers; travelers will be subject to mutually recognized COVID-19 tests and need to have negative test results; upon arrival, passengers will not subject to any quarantine or Stay-Home Notice requirements, or a controlled itinerary upon arrival; passengers are required to travel on certain flights which will only take passengers participating in the bubble; The size of the travel bubble can be adjusted according to the latest COVID-19 developments in both places. In the absence of a credible way to contain the epidemic outbreak, the increased demand from smaller economies for cross-border travel also provides the backdrop for the early arrangements.
