Work Report of HR and Coordinating Affairs Dept. --Yunnan Annual Meeting Series
On January 9, Director Ding of Human Resources Department and Coordinating Affairs Department of the Public Trust Investment Management Corp., Ltd. reported on the work of the two departments in 2018 at the annual meeting.
Director Ding mainly reported on the key work in 2018, the existing problems in the work and the tentative plan for the work in 2019. In 2018, the key tasks of the Human Resources Department include: the analysis of the human resources situation of the company, employee social security and housing accumulation fund, individual income tax, labor relations, salary and so on. The key tasks of the Coordinating Affairs Dept. includes: external liaison, translation and text drafting, etc. Director Ding said that in 2019, the Human Resources Department will continue to provide better work support and services to all employees, and strengthen systematic training in finance, law and etiquette.
At the end of the report, the group leaders gave full recognition to the work of the two departments, and hoped the two departments to increase work sensitivity in the new year, continue to work hard and continuously improve their work.
