In the afternoon of January 10th, Director Ding from the Human Resources Department and Coordinating Affairs Department of the Public Trust Investment Management Corp., Ltd. reported the two departments' work in 2017 at the annual meeting in Yangzhou.

Director Ding reported the work mainly from the following four aspects: the company's basic conditions of human resources, the work of HR department and the coordinating department in 2017, existing problems and annual work plan for 2018. In terms of HR Department, the major work includes: staff relationship management, salary structure, recruitment, social security and provident fund payment, staff year-end assessment, staff training, company welfare and company's management system construction. In terms of Coordinating Department, the major work includes: to engage in the company's external liaison work; to translate important documents of the company, to review the English translation of related contracts, to participate the news group of the company's website, to select and compile, review and translate daily company news etc. Director Ding said, in 2017, the two departments well completed the work assigned by the company and in 2018, the two departments will take the innovative spirit into work, explore the computerization of the human resource management, expand external liaison according to the needs of business development, and provide better support and help for all colleagues.
